I just spent a lot of money. I don’t really wanna add it all up. But I’m all set now and will be flying to Adelaide to see Soundwave on the 28th! Also booked for Melbourne Soundwave on the 27th. Pretty crazy, but I figured I might as well.

I’m staying at a dirty looking crap hole in the middle of Adelaide, so that’ll be interesting! Kinda looking forward to that actually, will fit in with the whole budget idea of the trip. I’ll be sure to get some pics of the place! I have images in my head of the hotel from the Max Payne game with neon love hearts on the doors and coin operated vibrating beds.

Actually, if they have coin operated vibrating beds I’ll blow the budget feeding them. That’d be the coolest thing ever. I might go with a big leather jacket and Chris Isaak hair just to complete the image.

So yes, that’s what I’ll be doing in 2 weeks. Should be interesting. I needed a change of scenery for a bit so hopefully this hits the spot.

Also some other shit happened this afternoon, but I’ll see whether it is still post worthy tomorrow before I write anything…

Now to work out how to smash 5 days of clothes into hand luggage to save $16.
