First, buy an early 90s Mazda 929. I know they’re horribly ugly, but bear with me. They’re cheap.

Second, buy the deepest 18s, 19s or 20s you can find. Yes, I know they won’t fit – yet.

Third, buy airbags.

Fourth, whip out the guard roller and make the rims fit.

Fifth, fit wheels and airbags. Slam the car so you’re scraping rail.

Sixth, paint the car black.

And there you have it – just about the coolest Vipper imaginable for a bit over $10k… Ultimate win:
