Aside from the bonnet and the window trims, we’re all done on the exterior.

After trying for the best part of a day to find a bonnet, and with the only one I found being $525 shipped (!!!) it looks like I’ll be getting a Topstage vented fibreglass bonnet for the car. ASAP. And every time I look at photos of the car I realise I need to run spacers on the rear…

So happy with how the car has come up. Bright white is the perfect colour for a track car, and the perfect colour for any 86. With the bumpers and window trims (well, the ones that are present) having been freshened up too, the car looks sensational. Now I have my work cut out for me getting the interior to present just as well as the exterior. Fun times ahead.
